Meditation Audios for Downloading
The meditations are recorded from classes that I have held. Minor edits have been made for them to be more comfortable to listen to. In many cases the background music recorded very softly. 43 minutes. Begins with clearing the airways, letting go and belly breathing, more releasing while sitting on the banks of a river where thoughts, etc. are deposited into a leaf and having it float away.
38 minutes. Guided meditation begins with belly breathing followed by nostril breathing. Tibetan bowl is used throughout for focusing attention.
35 minutes. Yoga Nidra guided meditation is similar to a body scan or progressive relaxation meditation. It is best done lying down.
26 minutes. Insight meditation is awareness on thoughts, where they originate and attached emotions.
39 minutes. Begins with five minutes of belly breathing followed by letting go / releasing during a body scan. Last few minutes includes breathing in the sun.
28 minutes. Begins with six minutes of belly breathing followed by pyramid of white light for protection around you, your car and home. Pyramid of white light is suggested to be an ultimate form of protection.
