38 minutes. Guided meditation begins with belly breathing followed by nostril breathing. Tibetan bowl is used throughout for focusing attention.
35 minutes. Yoga Nidra guided meditation is similar to a body scan or progressive relaxation meditation. It is best done lying down.
26 minutes. Insight meditation is awareness on thoughts, where they originate, attached emotions and the thought process.
39 minutes. Begins with five minutes of belly breathing followed by letting go / releasing during a body scan. Last few minutes includes breathing in the sun.
